What to change?

There are many tips and suggestions. But there are 2-3 mistakes that people always do.

First mistake: Eating irregularly. sometimes you eat more, sometimes less & sometimes eat nothing Sometimes you eat at 9 am, sometimes 12 noon, sometimes skipping the meal. sometimes eat at 5pm, Sometimes at 8pm & sometimes at 12 midnight. or sometimes you eat outside & too much. All these are part of irregular eating. Please make a routine for your eating time. You may have to write it somewhere & practice. Whenever the routine breaks, try again. But try your best to eat on time and in the limit.
If you want to eat unhealthy food, decide a day for it. This is permissible.

Second mistake: if your first meal is not digested as you just had it but when you go outside in the market, you saw a stall with some tasty food and you ate it out. This is harmful. This is the beginning of the problems.
The person doesn't understand initially as he thinks that he is young & can digest it easily. But with time, this becomes a bad habit which worsens the problem & it can't be controlled. So please work on this habit now.

Third mistake: Suppose you like eating healthy food. but you eat in wrong combinations. For example, if you eat fruit, it's okay. But sometimes you eat ice cream with it. After that, you had coffee, then some other thing. So, this mixture of unhealthy food with healthy food needs to be avoided.
If you eat something healthy then let it digest properly then eat anything else.
Avoid unhealthy food if possible. regular consumption of processed deep-fried and refined foods and foods with artificial colors flavors have a tendency to stick on the inner walls of the intestine, making the digestion process difficult.
