Ayush Mantralaya’s Guidelines to increase Immunity

Hon'ble Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi said in his speech addressed to the nation on 14 April that to increase our immunity, follow the guidelines of the 
Ministry of AYUSH.
The Ministry of AYUSH has said in its website that,
Since the outbreak of the COVID 19 pandemic, the entire human race is suffering worldwide.
However, it also states that there is no COVID-19 medicine yet, and we all know that prevention is better than cure. But during this time, it would be better to 
take measures through Ayurvedic methods which increase our immunity.
So, let's know what instructions have been issued by the Ministry of AYUSH to increase its immunity.
First of all, he gave common remedies like
Drink warm water throughout the day.
2. The Ministry of AYUSH has advised to do some Yogasanas, Pranayamas according to which Yogasanas should practice Pranayama daily and meditate for at 
least 30 minutes.

3. Use spices like turmeric, cumin, coriander and garlic in cooking

the first way to increase your immunity by means of Ayurvedic methods.
1. Take a spoonful of 10gm Chyawanprash in the morning. Diabetic patients should take Chyawanprash without sugar.

2. Drink herbal tea / Kadha made of basil, cinnamon, black pepper, dried ginger and dry grapes (raisins). Add jaggery and fresh lemon juice to your taste if necessary.
3. Golden milk - Mix half a teaspoon turmeric powder in 150 ml warm milk and drink it once or twice a day.
He has also given some Ayurvedic procedures.

1. Nasal application - Add sesame oil/coconut oil or ghee to each nostril in the morning and evening.
Second process

2. Oil pulling therapy- Take 1 tbsp of sesame or coconut oil in the mouth. Just keep it in the mouth, do not drink, roll it in the mouth for 2 to 3 minutes and spit 
it out, then rinse it with warm water. This can be done once or twice a day. This process of oil pulling can kill bacteria in the mouth.
During dry cough or sore throat

1. Use steam inhalation (steam) with fresh mint leaves or celery once a day.

2. Lavang (clove) powder can be taken 2-3 times a day after mixing with natural sugar or honey if cough or throat irritation.

These remedies usually treat common dry cough and sore throat. However, it is important to consult doctors if these symptoms persist.
Every person can follow these measures on the basis of their convenience, availability, and experience.
These measures are recommended by eminent practitioners across the country, as they can potentially enhance the immunity of anyone against infection.

All these instructions of the Ministry of AYUSH has been given only to increase the resistance of our body, so that we can avoid getting infected by the 
coronavirus COVID-19 and can fight it even if it gets infected.
But also remember that prevention is better than cure.
Therefore, we should take care of cleanliness, we have to wash our hands frequently, we have to stay in the house only, go out only when if it is very 
much needed, wear a safe face mask and leave a social distance. Until we are free from this crisis
